Produced by the domestic medical industry for these purposes 2-3-arm bone holders and other fixation devices do not fully meet the requirements. Their use often results in angular and transverse displacement of fragments, which creates difficulties in osteosynthesis and adversely affects the process of fracture consolidation.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Одним из важных моментов при остеосинтезе переломов трубчатых костей является устранение смещения отломков и удержание их в правильном положении до завершения манипуляций по их фиксации. Выпускаемые отечественной медицинской промышленностью для этих целей 2—3-рожковые костодержатели и другие фиксирующие устройства не отвечают полностью предъявляемым к ним требованиям. При их использовании нередко наблюдаются угловые и поперечные смещения отломков, что создает трудности при остеосинтезе, неблагоприятно отражается на процессе консолидации перелома.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Kazan Medical archive</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Казанский медицинский архив</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list/></back></article>
