This is explained by the fact that modern healthcare cannot be based on the old, patriarchal model of the nursing process, where the nurse was only a manipulator. In the new model, a nurse is an equal subject of the health care system, performing specific functions.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В процессе широкомасштабного реформирования здравоохранения важное значение имеет изменение отношения к сестринскому делу. Объясняется это тем, что современное здравоохранение не может базироваться на старой, патриархальной модели сестринского процесса, где медсестра была лишь манипулятором.
