The collected material indicates that both direct and reflex effect of etiological factors on the fingers of the lower extremities is important in the genesis of this disease. Direct influence of trauma, low temperature, infection, vibration and heavy load was in 533 (69%) patients, and reflex influence of nicotine and other neurotoxins, trauma, low temperature, arthroso-arthritis, spine osteochondrosis and other pathological processes in topographically distant from fingers areas and organs as well as nervous and emotional shocks and mental stresses was in 239 (31%).</p>Kazan Medical archiveКазанский медицинский архив
