The scientific achievements of Russian scientists in this area are now generally known and recognized in the world as pioneering developments. Over the years, fundamentally new materials and structures implanted into the body have been created, which are similar in behavior to the tissues of the body.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Целью настоящей актовой речи является изложение основных наиболее значимых результатов наших исследований на протяжении почти 20 лет в области разработки и применения сплавов с памятью формы в некоторых разделах стоматологии, в частности в имплантологии. Научные достижения российских ученых в данной области ныне общеизвестны и признаны в мире как пионерские разработки.
