Data from the Unified Register of Licenses; data from the Unified Register of Licenses for Activities Related to the Circulation of Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances, and Their Precursors; results of the socioeconomic assessment conducted by the Federal State Statistics Service; and data from the Unified Information System for Procurement were used. The work applied a survey method in the form of remote questionnaires as well as desk research methods.</p> <p><bold>RESULTS:</bold> The findings indicate a more than 1.5-fold increase in demand for drug compounding services in the public healthcare sector of the Volga Federal District from 2021 to 2024, reaching 487.16 million rubles. Procurement of drug compounding services for medical use funded by regional budgets was carried out in 8 of the 14 constituent entities of the Volga Federal District, with an annual increase in demand of 40.2%. It was established that at least 127 organizations engaged in drug compounding (by registered addresses of pharmaceutical activity) operate within the district, accounting for 18.6% of the total number in the Russian Federation. Authorization to compound medicinal products from the list of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances is held by pharmacy organizations operating in 9 of the 14 analyzed constituent entities of the Russian Federation, indicating limited accessibility of personalized pharmacotherapy. In 2023, a total of 6320 medicinal products were compounded, representing approximately 14.0% of the total compounding volume in the Russian Federation. Compounding was performed using at least 128 pharmaceutical substances. During compounding, at least 147 international nonproprietary names of registered medicinal products were used.</p> <p><bold>CONCLUSION:</bold> The study identified the main qualitative and quantitative characteristics of organizations engaged in drug compounding in the Volga Federal District and determined the demand within public procurement of services related to drug compounding in the district.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Обоснование</bold>. В настоящее время наблюдается дефицит детализированных сведений о текущей деятельности производственных аптек, состоянии их инфраструктуры, а также об объёмах спроса на услуги по изготовлению лекарственных препаратов для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд.</p> <p><bold>Цель исследования</bold>. Систематизировать показатели, характеризующие деятельность действующих производственных аптек, и определить дальнейшие пути развития фармацевтической деятельности в сфере изготовления лекарственных препаратов на территории Приволжского федерального округа.</p> <p><bold>Методы</bold>. Проведено социологическое исследование медицинских и аптечных организаций, имеющих лицензии на фармацевтическую деятельность с правом изготовления лекарственных препаратов, с применением дистанционного анкетирования. Использованы данные Единого реестра лицензий; Единого реестра лицензий на деятельность по обороту наркотических средств, психотропных веществ и их прекурсоров; результаты исследования социально-экономического положения, проводимого Федеральной службой государственной статистики; данные Единой информационной системы в сфере закупок. В работе применяли опросный метод в форме дистанционного анкетирования, а также методы кабинетного исследования.</p> <p><bold>Результаты</bold>. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о росте спроса на услуги по изготовлению лекарственных препаратов в государственном секторе здравоохранения Приволжского федерального округа с 2021 по 2024 год более чем в 1,5 раза — до 487,16 млн руб. Закупки услуг по изготовлению лекарственных препаратов для медицинского применения за счёт средств региональных бюджетов осуществляли в 8 из 14 субъектов, входящих в состав Приволжского федерального округа, при этом прирост спроса составил +40,2% в годовом выражении. Установлено, что на территории округа функционирует не менее 127 производственных аптек (по адресам осуществления фармацевтической деятельности), что составляет 18,6% от общего числа действующих в России. Правом на изготовление лекарственных препаратов из перечня наркотических средств и психотропных веществ обладают аптечные организации, действующие в 9 из 14 анализируемых субъектов Российской Федерации, что указывает на недостаточный уровень доступности персонализированной фармакотерапии. По итогам 2023 года изготовлено 6320 единиц лекарственных препаратов, что составляет около 14,0% от общего объёма изготовления в Российской Федерации. Изготовление осуществлялось с использованием не менее 128 фармацевтических субстанций. В процессе изготовления использовались не менее 147 международных непатентованных наименований зарегистрированных лекарственных препаратов.</p> <p><bold>Заключение</bold>.
