All athletes with overtraining (group 2) were divided into two subgroups: group 2A (23 people) - overtrained athletes after combined rehabilitation (anti-gravity treadmill in combination with the traditional training) and group 2B (24 people) - overtrained athletes who had traditional rehabilitation. The stress test was carried out on a stationary KETTLER exercise bike (Germany). </p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> All parameters of external respiration function at rest in athletes of group 2A were statistically significantly higher than those of the athletes from group 2B. In athletes from group 2A peak expiratory flow rate achieved during the forced inspiration and expiration at rest were higher than those of athletes fron group 2B. After physical exertion all of the above mentioned parameters of external respiration function in athletes from group 2A were higher than in group 2B (p &lt;0.05) both due to improved bronchial patency and increased capacity parameters that reflect restrictive lung properties. </p> <p><bold>Conclusion.</bold> Inclusion of anti-gravity treadmill into the program of combined rehabilitation for overtrained athletes provides significant improvement of external respiration function - increased restrictive and obstructive parameters of the lungs.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель.</bold> Исследование изменений респираторной системы спортсменов, возникающих при утомлении, и её восстановление при помощи комбинированной реабилитации (с применением антигравитационного аппаратного комплекса). </p> <p><bold>Методы.</bold> В контрольную (первую) группу вошли неутомлённые спортсмены (активные) - 35 человек (с традиционной подготовкой). Все спортсмены с переутомлением (вторая группа) были разделены на две подгруппы: вторую А (23 человека) - спортсмены в состоянии переутомления, прошедшие комбинированную реабилитацию (антигравитационный аппаратный комплекс в комбинации с традиционной подготовкой) и вторую Б (24 человека) - спортсмены в состоянии переутомления, прошедшие традиционную реабилитацию. Нагрузочную пробу (стресс-тест) проводили на стационарном велоэргометре KETTLER (Германия). </p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> Все параметры внешнего дыхания в покое у спортсменов второй А подгруппы оказались статистически значимо выше аналогичных показателей спортсменов из второй Б подгруппы. У спортсменов второй А подгруппы показатели пиковой объёмной скорости потока воздуха во время форсированного выдоха и вдоха в покое выше аналогичных показателей спортсменов второй Б подгруппы. После физической нагрузки все описанные параметры внешнего дыхания у спортсменов второй А подгруппы оказались выше соответствующих показателей во второй Б подгруппе (p &lt;0,05) как за счёт улучшения бронхиальной проходимости, так и за счёт повышения ёмкостных показателей, отражающих рестриктивные свойства лёгких. </p> <p><bold>Вывод.</bold> Включение антигравитационного аппаратного комплекса в программу комбинированной реабилитации спортсменов в состоянии переутомления способствует значительному улучшению функции внешнего дыхания - повышению как рестриктивных, так и обструктивных параметров лёгких.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>overtrained athletes</kwd><kwd>physical exertion</kwd><kwd>combined rehabilitation methods</kwd><kwd>parameters of external respiration function</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>спортсмены</kwd><kwd>физическая нагрузка</kwd><kwd>комбинированные методы реабилитации</kwd><kwd>параметры внешнего дыхания</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Meeusen R., Duclos M., Foster C. et al.
