The computer prediction algorithm making it possible before the operation to estimate with sufficient reliability degree the feasibility of the hand syndactylia relapse after surgical intervention and to choose the rational operation tactics is developed. The test of the prognostic table by the data of the control group case records showed a good agreement between the prognostic results and the true ones.

Врожденная синдактилия — полное или частичное сращение двух и более пальцев — является следствием нарушения развития кисти на раннем этапе жизни эмбриона. Она составляет более половины всех врожденных аномалий развития верхней конечности человека.
