Katyk is recommended as an important source of basic nutrients. Cultured-milk products are characterized as products having sufficiently high food value in good organoleptic indices.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Известно, что молочные продукты, благодаря своим высоким питательным и вкусовым качествам, являются постоянными продуктами питания различных групп населения. Полезные свойства их обусловлены в значительной степени химическим составом и высокой усвояемостью.
