In 44 people, an increase in the activity of the isozymes LDH5,4, MDG3, ALP3, 1, CF1, AST2 was found to decrease the activity of the fourth fraction of esterases, while in 18 of them clinically, according to the results of widely used functional tests, no changes in the liver were detected.
