This study utilized archival documents and historiographic sources to provide a historical retrospective of the forms and methods used to implement state healthcare decisions and personal initiatives of key administrators. It presents key developments in the systematic advancement of infrastructure projects that have determined the hospital’s evolution as a state institution, integrating various objectives of the national healthcare system into its clinical practice. The article highlights the hospital’s multidisciplinary profile and its role in preserving and transmitting professional traditions among physicians and healthcare personnel at all levels. An axiological approach was employed to explore the role of corporate values within the medical community and the historical forms through which these values were expressed in administrative decisions and consolidation of the medical staff. Moreover, the article examines the stages of the evolution of the Republican Clinical Hospital as a distinctive sociocultural system, presenting the factors that influenced its establishment and development, including regional patterns of morbidity and the need for new clinical infrastructure. Additionally, the role of Kazan State Medical University and other academic institutions in Kazan in facilitating the integration of medical science into clinical practice is emphasized.</p>
Кроме того, характеризуется роль Казанского государственного медицинского университета и других академических учреждений города Казани в процессе интеграции достижений медицинской науки в клиническую практику.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Republican Clinical Hospital</kwd><kwd>corporate culture of healthcare professionals</kwd><kwd>clinical medicine in the Republic of Tatarstan</kwd><kwd>medical history</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Республиканская клиническая больница</kwd><kwd>корпоративная культура медицинских работников</kwd><kwd>клиническая медицина Республики Татарстан</kwd><kwd>история медицины</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Bykov VP, Baranov AV, Baranov AN, et al.
