A high degree of specificity of the photobiological action is determined by its unique properties: monochromaticity, selective focus and coherence.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>За последние 25 лет лазерное излучение нашло широкое применение в различных областях медицины, в том числе в неврологии, главным образом как средство обезболивания [17].
