The most rational schemes of immunohistochemical diagnosis based on the use of minimum set of antibodies at the first and second stages of the study are given. The importance of the use of immunohistochemistry in differential histogenetic diagnosis of the most widely met tumors of a person is emphasized. This method significantly extends the possibilities of morphological verification of tumors. The prospects of the development of histochemistry for oncologic clinics are considered.</p>Kazan Medical archiveКазанский медицинский архив
