The activity of amylase was determined by Wolgemuth, lipase in the blood - by the Comfort method, and in the duodenal contents - by the Bondi method modified by MS Rozhkova, trypsin activity - by the Fuld-Gross-Michaelis method. The contents of the duodenum were obtained for 20 minutes by a two-channel probe on an empty stomach and after the introduction of 30 ml of 0.5% hydrochloric acid solution with separate constant aspiration of it and gastric juice using a water-jet pump, creating a negative pressure within 7 kPa.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Изучена ферментативная активность поджелудочной железы у лиц с заболеваниями желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки без клинических признаков сопутствующего панкреатита. Активность амилазы определяли по Вольгемуту, липазы в крови— по методу Комфорта, а в дуоденальном содержимом — по методу Бонди в модификации М. С. Рожковой, активность трипсина — по методу Фульда—Гросса—Михаэлиса. Содержимое двенадцатиперстной кишки получали в течение 20 мин двухканальным зондом натощак и после введения 30 мл 0,5% раствора соляной кислоты при раздельной постоянной аспирации его и желудочного сока с помощью водоструйного насоса, создавая отрицательное давление в пределах 7 кПа.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Kazan Medical archive</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Казанский медицинский архив</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list/></back></article>
