Heparin is a variable molecular weight polymer of about 17,000 daltons. Its monomer unit consists of a-glucuronic acid esterified with another sulfuric acid at carbon 2, glucoseamine esterified with sulfuric acid at carbon 6 and at the amino group of carbon 2, and L-iduronic acid. The remains of glucuronic acid and glucosamine, iduronic acid and glucosamine are linked by glycosidic a (1 -&gt; 4) bonds.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Препараты гепарина, применяемые в клиниках нашей страны (производство Минска, Каунасса, Баку, ВНР и ЧССР),, отличаются по своей биологической активности.Гепарин — полимер переменной молекулярной массы величиной около 17000 дальтон. Мономерная единица его состоит из а-глюкуроновой кислоты, этерифициров а иной серной кислотой по углероду 2, глюкоза мина, этерифицированного серной кислотой по углероду 6 и по аминогруппе углерода 2, и L-идуроновой кислоты. Остатки глюкуроновой жислоты и глюкозамина, идуроновой кислоты и глюкозамина соединены гликозидными а (1—&gt;4) связями.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Kazan Medical archive</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Казанский медицинский архив</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list/></back></article>
