These formidable complications are explained by damage during the operation of large vessels of the urogenital venous plexus, increased fibrinolytic and anticoagulant factors in the blood during the operation and in the first days after it [4] and, finally, congestion in the small pelvis at a later date and an increase in thrombus formation in damaged venous vessels.</p>Kazan Medical archiveКазанский медицинский архив
