Using the H-reflex technique, a decrease in the reflex excitability of motoneurons and an increase in recurrent inhibition on the immobilization side compared to the intact side were established. A decrease in the amplitude of the M-response of the immobilized soleus muscle was also found.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Исследовано влияние иммобилизации нижней конечности на состояние центра камбаловидной мышцы и ее электрическую активность. С помощью методики Н-рефлекса установлено снижение рефлекторной возбудимости мотонейронов и усиление возвратного торможения на стороне иммобилизации по сравнению с интактной стороной.
