The widespread corporal caesarean section is especially unfavorable in its consequences for the mother - pain, menstrual irregularities, displacement of the uterus and fixation of it, disorders of bowel and bladder functions. During pregnancy and childbirth after surgery, ruptures of the uterus along the scar are frequent and formidable complications, the proportion of which has become significant in recent years.
