A total number of patients was 161. Distribution between the groups was carried out based on the use of pre-emptive analgesia with gabapentin before surgery at a dose of 600 mg orally.</p><p><bold>Results.</bold> In both groups absence of predisposition to neuropathic pain in females scheduled for hysterectomy due to benign diseases was revealed. Significant difference between the groups in pain intensity after 24 hours after the surgery and development of adverse opioid-caused events such as light sedation, nausea and vomiting due to inhibitory effect of gabapentin on trigger areas of the brain were revealed. There is also marked difference in the need for opioid analgesics at stages of surgical treatment.</p><p><bold>Conclusion.</bold> Use of gabapentin prior to surgery decreased the level of reactive anxiety and stress response to surgery by 44.8%, which reduced the need for opioid analgesics in intra- and postoperative periods; in the group of females who received gabapentin, postoperative nausea and vomiting were less prominant by 33%.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цель. Изучить влияние габапентина на пациенток при лапароскопических операциях в онкогинекологии. Методы. В исследование включены две группы пациенток в возрасте от 25 до 75 лет, которые поступили для проведения плановой гистерэктомии лапароскопическим доступом. Общее количество пациенток - 161 человек. Распределение на группы производилось в зависимости от применения упреждающей аналгезии габапентином до операции в дозе 600 мг внутрь. Результаты. В обеих группах отмечено отсутствие предрасположенности к невропатическому компоненту боли у пациенток, которым планируется выполнение гистерэктомий по поводу доброкачественных заболеваний. Выявлено значительное различие между группами в интенсивности боли на протяжении 24 ч после операции и развитии нежелательных опиоид-обусловленных явлений, таких как лёгкая седация, тошнота и рвота, за счёт тормозящего действия габапентина на триггерные зоны головного мозга. Также отмечено различие потребности в опиоидных анальгетиках на этапах хирургического лечения. Вывод. Применение габапентина до операции позволило снизить уровень реактивной тревожности и стрессорного ответа на оперативное вмешательство на 44,8%, что уменьшило потребность в опиоидных анальгетиках в интра- и послеоперационном периодах; в группе пациенток, где применяли габапентин, отмечено снижение проявлений послеоперационной тошноты и рвоты после операции на 33%.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>postoperative pain</kwd><kwd>preventive (pre-emptive) analgesia</kwd><kwd>gabapentanoids</kwd><kwd>hysterectomy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>послеоперационная боль</kwd><kwd>превентивная (упреждающая) аналгезия</kwd><kwd>габапентиноиды</kwd><kwd>гистерэктомия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Бохма Я.В.
