Важ.нѣйшими клиническими признаками острой лейкеміи, кромѣ быстраго ея теченія, Fränkel считаетъ: раннее появленіе геморрагическаго діатеза, увеличеніе лимфатическихъ железъ, особенно шейныхъ, а иногда и всего тѣла, болѣе или менѣе сильное опуханіе селезенки, а также въ больптиествѣ случаевъ и печени. Въ половинѣ случаевъ F. на» блюдалъ повышенную t° и возрастающую, съ потерями крови, блѣдность.
