The area of trophic disorders still seems to be little explored, especially in the sense of the mechanism of their origin. Clinical observations with no doubt only indicate that with various diseases of the nervous system, both its peripheral part and the central one, lesions of the skin, muscles and even bones are rarely encountered. At the same time, such suffering of the nervous system does not always have an organic basis. Sometimes we must attribute them to dynamic suffering. As an example of organic damage to the nervous system, which gives the result of trophic disorders, one can point to syringomyelia and neuritis. A striking proof of the existence of trophic disorders in dynamic suffering of the nervous system are trophic disorders of the skin with various kinds of neuralgia and neuroses.
Область трофическихъ разстройствъ представляется до сихъ поръ мало изслѣдованною, въ особенности въ смыслѣ механизма ихъ происхожденія. Клиническія наблюденія съ несомнѣнностью только указываютъ, что при различныхъ заболѣваніяхъ нервной системы, какъ периферическаго ея отдѣла, такъ и центральнаго, нерѣдко встрѣчаются пораженія кожи, мышцъ и даже костей. При этомъ такія страданія нервной системы далеко не всегда имѣютъ основу органическую. Иногда мы должны отнести ихъ къ страданіямъ динамическимъ. Какъ на примѣръ органическаго пораженія нервной системы, дающаго въ результатѣ трофическія разстройства, можно указать на сирингоміэлію и невриты. Яркимъ же доказательствомъ существованія трофическихъ разстройствъ при динамическомъ страданіи нервной системы являются трофическія разстройства кожи при различнаго рода невралгіяхъ и неврозахъ.
