The North of European Russia has many physical as well as everyday features that clearly distinguish this region full of interest from the rest of Russia. There are many descriptions of our S нашегоver, but the medical side of it, except for the official reports, is almost never described. The scurvy, which aroused such a huge interest in all of Russia, has long since built a convenient nest on the shores of the Northern Ice Ocean, and, moreover, not at all without restraint for local doctors or administrators.
Сѣверъ Европейской Россіи имѣетъ много какъ физическихъ, такъ и бытовыхъ особенностей, рѣзко отличающихъ этотъ полный интереса край отъ осталъной Россіи. Много существуетъ описаній нашего Сѣвера, но медицинская сторона его, кромѣ оффиціальныхъ отчетовъ, почти нигдѣ не описана.
