Timely and personalized anticoagulant thromboprophylaxis with low-molecular-weight heparins may prevent a severe course of the disease and improve outcomes. This applies to outpatients, hospitalized patients and patients in the early post hospital period. In the future, to develop comprehensive and evidence-based guidelines on the management of patients with COVID-19, it is necessary to conduct comprehensive systematic studies and comparative clinical trials of prophylaxis and treatment of hemostatic disorders in patients with COVID-19.</p>
Для выработки всесторонних научно-обоснованных рекомендаций по тактике ведения пациентов с COVID-19 в перспективе необходимо проведение комплексных систематических исследований и сравнительных испытаний по профилактике и коррекции нарушений гемостаза при COVID-19.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>coronavirus disease 2019</kwd><kwd>SARS-CoV-2</kwd><kwd>thrombosis</kwd><kwd>hemostatic disorders</kwd><kwd>anticoagulant therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>коронавирусная инфекция 2019</kwd><kwd>SARS-CoV-2</kwd><kwd>тромбоз</kwd><kwd>нарушения гемостаза</kwd><kwd>антикоагулянтная терапия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Christopher D.B., Hunter B.M., Michael B.Y., Ernest E.M.
