The recipients were 3 men and 3 women, the median age was 36.5 [31; 42] years. To evaluate the state, quality of transplant perfusion and their function, the laboratory data, doppler ultrasound, measurement of blood flow volume (CT-perfusion) and treatment outcomes were assessed.</p> <p><bold>Results.</bold> Based on the results of investigations, adequate pancreatic graft blood supply through the splenic artery alone was detected. Pancreatic transplant function in all patients was satisfactory, blood glucose levels remained within normal values. Hospital mortality was 0%.</p> <p><bold>Conclusion.</bold> Successful transplantation of pancreaticoduodenal complex with isolated splenic artery supply is technically possible due to the presence of intraorganic arterial collaterals.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель.</bold> Показать возможность успешного выполнения трансплантации панкреатодуоденального комплекса с изолированным кровоснабжением по селезёночной артерии и оценить качество его кровоснабжения.</p> <p><bold>Методы.</bold> Обследованы 6 пациентов, которым была выполнена трансплантация поджелудочной железы с изолированным кровоснабжением по селезёночной артерии. Реципиентами были 3 мужчины и 3 женщины, медиана возраста составила 36,5 [31; 42] года. С целью оценки состояния, качества кровоснабжения трансплантатов и их функционирования выполняли оценку лабораторных данных, ультразвуковую допплерографию, анализ показателей объёмного кровотока (перфузия по данным компьютерной томографии) и исходов лечения.</p> <p><bold>Результаты.</bold> По результатам проведённого обследования выявлено адекватное кровоснабжение трансплантатов поджелудочной железы изолированно по селезёночной артерии. Функция трансплантатов поджелудочной железы у всех обследуемых пациентов оставалась удовлетворительной, уровни гликемии были в пределах нормальных значений.
