According to the degree of detection of patients with whooping cough, it is not inferior to the serological method and surpasses the bacteriological one. The RPOLMA method has the following advantages: it is non-traumatic, excludes the possibility of infection through medical instruments with AIDS and hematite B viruses associated with taking blood, and reduces the time of the study by 5-7 days. It is recommended as a method of rapid diagnosis of whooping cough.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Разработан новый метод лабораторной диагностики коклюша, основанный на выявлении противококлюшных антител в слюне по реакции пластинчатой окрашенной латекс-микроагглютинации (РПОЛМА). По степени выявляемости больных коклюшем он не уступает серологическому методу и превосходит бактериологический. Метод РПОЛМА имеет следующие преимущества: он нетравматичен, исключает связанную со взятием крови возможность инфицирования через медицинский инструментарий вирусами СПИДа и гематита В, сокращает сроки исследования на 5—7 дней.
