In the area of the 10th intercostal space on the right along the anterior axillary line, there is a wound of 1.0x1.0 cm (entrance hole), the second (exit hole) is on the right in the upper lumbar region, with uneven edges, measuring 4x4 cm; blood flows out of it. The stomach is tense, does not participate in the act of breathing, is painful. The Shchetkin-Blumberg symptom is negative. There is a dull feeling in the right half of the abdomen.
