G.info@eco-vector.com151219967764524541303202213032022Copyright © 1996, Eco-Vector1996<p>The extensor tendons of fingers II and V on the back of the hand have intertendinous connections (connectors) that prevent their displacement during flexion-extension movements of the finger in the metacarpophalangeal joints. According to anatomical studies, the main phalanx is covered by spiral aponeurotic fibers from the back to the level of the metacarpophalangeal joint. However, the functional significance of this anatomical formation is not fully elucidated. As our clinical observations have shown, this formation carries a great functional load, especially for the II and V fingers of the hand.</p>Kazan Medical archiveКазанский медицинский архив
