The extensor tendons of fingers II and V on the back of the hand have intertendinous connections (connectors) that prevent their displacement during flexion-extension movements of the finger in the metacarpophalangeal joints. According to anatomical studies, the main phalanx is covered by spiral aponeurotic fibers from the back to the level of the metacarpophalangeal joint. However, the functional significance of this anatomical formation is not fully elucidated. As our clinical observations have shown, this formation carries a great functional load, especially for the II and V fingers of the hand.
На тыле кисти сухожилия разгибателей II, V пальцев имеют межсухожильные соединения (коннексы), препятствующие смещению их при сгибательно-разгибательных движениях пальца в пястно-фаланговых суставах. По данным анатомических исследований, основную фалангу с тыла до уровня пястно-фалангового сочленения покрывают спиральные апоневротические волокна. Однако функциональное значение этого анатомического образования до конца не выяснены. Как показали наши клинические наблюдения, это образование несет большую функциональную нагрузку, особенно для II и V пальцев кисти.
