The high rate of strain of ankle joint ligaments among strain of limbs joint ligaments is noted. The methods of their treatment depending on the manifestation of the clinical picture and complications are described. Appropriate, careful and by the time sufficient immobilization of joints allows early load on the limb, is accomponied by lesser pain, decreases the treatment terms and prevents the development of complications.
Отмечена высокая частота растяжения связок голеностопного сустава среди растяжения связок суставов конечностей. Описаны методы их лечения в зависимости от проявления клинической картины и осложнений. Соответствующая, тщательная и по времени достаточная иммобилизация суставов дает возможность ранней нагрузки на конечность, сопровождается меньшей болью, сокращает сроки лечения и предупреждает развитие осложнений.
