The formation of a brain crush focus as a volumetric formation often ends with the development of a dislocation syndrome that requires urgent surgical resolution [3, 5].</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Несмотря на значительные успехи в диагностике и лечении больных с тяжелой черепномозговой травмой (ТЧМТ), летальность среди них остается весьма высокой (40—60%), особенно среди больных с травматическими очагами размозжения головного мозга (ОРГМ).
