The results of investigations show prospects of a search of new effective medicinal agents for prevention and treatment of brain edema among phosphoroorganic compounds which do not show anticholinesttrasic activity.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Отек мозга является одним из наиболее серьезных осложнений нейрохирургических операций, черепно-мозговых травм, опухолей мозга и отравлений различными химическими веществами.
